If I could score them -5 I would. I’m stuck with a contract that I tried to cancel within the 14 days they stated on the cancellation they convinced me try a different product when that wasn’t working as expected they refused to cancel a week in and tried to charge me a cancellation fee of over €700 which is the same as paying for a service per month that doesn’t work. That’s was for my cellphone I was very happy on prepaid. As for their broadband, the WiFi signal is the worst, I’m literally using a different service while I wait for the contract to end. I work from home at times and need a stable connection. And for only 2 devices there’s constant buffering and network connection gone which is not ideal. I would not recommend at all, was on prepaid and was very happy now on contract and I hardly ever have signal and can’t cancel because I’m not about to pay for a terrible service. Same address same phone. Do better three.

When I want to do top up balance for roaming, app automatic took for normal monthly top up, there is no option to turn off automatic monthly top up and to pay normal for roaming. And every little time I need to log in in app. Too stressful

This app is truly something awful. You get signed out all the time at random. Then when you do sign in most of the pages won’t actually load until you force close the app again and reopen it. 

Pages are slow and it’s basically a really bad reskinning of the my3 webpage. 

Awful effort 3. We deserve better.

Updating my review after the rubbish reply from 3:

Yes remember my details is on. Doesn’t stop the app logging you out every 5’ or the incredibly slow frustrating interface or the fact you have to force close the app and reopen to even get it to load at times.  Test your apps. It’s absolute garbage.

Truly awful in every way. Every single search bar sends you in the wrong direction mainly towards a product that you can buy with three. Completely pointless dead ends. Incredibly slow constantly. And most redirects take you off the app anyways which should be a welcome relief except it brings you mostly to their even worse designed web page.

Feels like this weird website inside an app thing, was made by someone who’s never built an app before. Nothing works the way you expect, keyboards show you letters for fields that only take numbers, screens load in at weird positions, “default” card isn’t the one that it defaults too, trying to add a new payment method just leaves you hanging on a page looking at all the links down the bottom, everything takes FOREVER to load. I’d be shocked to hear anyone within three has ever used this and is happy with it. It’s horrific

If you try to top up on the app, it will open a browser page, that will ask for credit card details, no matter how many times you do it, it will ask for the details again. After you select the top up amount, and press pay with apple pay, it will 100% of the time give you an error message, saying that the top up failed, but you still get an SMS with the confirmation of top up and the apple pay notification. If you’re not careful, you might end up topping up multiple times.

Anytime I go abroad in Europe my phone plan doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything and I can’t seem to find a phone number to contact it’s just so frustrating when you are paying money for a service that won’t work and you can’t get any help.

Hi

I had to make multiple phone calls last month to change my bill
I am now a full time student I cannot afford to pay the crazy price of over €60 per month phone bill

I am out of contract so I have paid off for the phone

I was charged the old contract price again, o was charged €55.60 this month

I was told on the phone that my next bill would be the sim only price of €25 per month

Please change it immediately or I will cancel and go with Tesco mobile they are only €15 per month

Everytime I try to top up using the app it’s a total disaster, it will say we experiencing technical issues then proceed to deduct the amount from your bank. I would advice to never ever try topping up from the App. Terrible and useless app.

Omg I have never found such a dreadful user unfriendly app. Despite the patient efforts of a 3 operator last night could not gain entry. It kept asking me to register put in passwords &amp; rejecting them all. Have been a long time with Three would have appreciated a callback but no. V poor service. Am out of contract now so will definitely be looking at changing
