I’m on 7.99 for life and have my membership set to renew automatically. It didn’t renew automatically and when I logged in to renew I was given the option of buying for 12.99.

I was with Vodafone for over 20 years but got tired of the extremely high cost of their mobile service. I switched to 48 a few years ago and haven’t looked back. Effectively all you can eat for a small fixed monthly cost. Perfect! Small rough edge is a fairly straightforward manual setup step when roaming but it’s important to know this in advance when travelling. That is easily offset by the obscenely good deal. Highly recommended.

I had auto renew on for months and there was no problem. Today without any message from 48 I could not call anyone or use my internet because my plan expired. And they only sent an email about this after my plan expired so I had no network to extend my plan or read the email.

The application is completely useless. Tried to re-install the application multiple times as suggested by support and nothing works. Simple thing as top up does not work at all. Links are not working they look static images. Please fix this.
