## My.ActewAGL Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Under Maitenace"
Wish it was working 3 weeks now and counting
-- mick148934, 2026-08-07

### *---- "Update"
After latest update the doesn’t work at all. Just a maintenance message come up.
-- AjpFH, 2026-06-19

### *---- "Worst utility app ever"
Why have an app when it doesn’t do anything! Have you seen Origin or Amber?
-- FahadAkh, 2026-06-06

### *---- "Useless app"
It won’t open on my iPhone at all! The app tells me my phone has been jailbroken and to close the app!
My iPhone is fine and hasn’t been jailbroken at all!
-- msmoorey, 2026-06-02

### *---- "Replica of website"
DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP. This app simply replicates what you get on the website. There is zero additional functionality. One of the worst app developments I’ve seen. Just a laggy as the web version. The disdain ActewAGL has for its customers is palpable in this joke of an app
-- AdelaideTown, 2026-06-01

### **--- "Passkey"
Just got your let it so far but I do think that in 2026 I should be able in stead of pin there should be a option for id touch and face id, also I think your site should now have passkeys instead of password with sms much more secure.
-- anaz54, 2026-05-31

### ***-- "FaceID and CSV download"
Thanks for adding PIN sign-in, not sure why Face ID sign-in is still missing though

Also, the Usage CSV function needs an option to download the file, I can only seem to view the csv data in-app which is no good for what I need
-- Jokc85, 2026-03-26

### *---- "Travesty"
An absurd attempt at mobile application. In 2026, the miserable and inapt state of this app indicates the contempt with which this organisation holds its customers. Any self respecting organisation would show the door to the IT managers responsible for this travesty. The login process is hit and miss, the “app” is a gimmicky rendition on mobile of even more ridiculous and slow website. Absolutely waste of time.
-- Hoppzy, 2026-03-19

### *---- "Waste of time"
Tried logging in with website username and password, said I didn’t exist, so tried to register said email already taken!
-- tgil1959, 2026-02-04

### *---- "Unfriendly and limited information"
Difficult to use, poor login experience. Data is of no use to home owners trying to understand consumption patterns. Nothing more than a glorified bill interface.
