Description

As an act intended to resolve difficulty, The City Council of Ipoh have develop a faster, convenient and effective system called MyAduanMBI that can also be accessed through smartphone mobile application for Complaints, Appreciation, Suggestion and Enquiries to the Council.
The public who wishes to make a complaint need to key in details of the complaint, location of the complaint and attach the relevant photos as proof of the complaint to be sent.
The public can also take notice of their complaints by searching the reference number given to view a series of actions taken in order to achieve a particular end of the complaints.
On another note, Council can also be reach through a few other channel such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
