I really like the design and user experience of this app. Very simple, clean and easy to use. Suggestion for future updates: a “notes for my dr section” would be a nice add. For example last night I fell asleep early and didn’t put my machine on until I woke up and noticed. In my file my dr might be concerned when I got a score of 66 because of the short time I slept, when really I slept better than it suggested.

Since the update several days ago, the MyAir app has not worked at all. All data has disappeared. Only a blank screen. I tried to re set up my machine, but it only looks for Resmed 10 and I have an 11. So it will not allow me to set up. Very disappointed.

The info and trending data that this app provides is great! Were there one thing I would request is for the developers to lessen the number of taps I have to do to get into the app. Tap 1: to open the app Tap 2: tap sign in Tap 3: tap Face ID to get into the app These steps are necessary as the app does not always stay logged in, regrettably. If it’s necessary to occasionally sign back in, it would save taps for Face ID to activate upon the first tap. P-l-e-a-s-e….

I decided to try an “app” with my newest ResMed device only to remove it from my Home Screen to make it less accessible to me. It is only discouraging and loaded with misinformation about my sleep habit. It tells me every morning how many times my mask was off during the night (which is never) how many days my mask needs to be adjusted (which is never) and how many episodes of “events” I had during the night. There are explanations for what all these mean but if I’m not getting any benefit from the app. If it’s transferring data to my provider (how would I know?) he’s not questioning the negative aspects of my therapy so why do I continue to use this app? I’ve been a CPAP user for many years and this is the first app I’ve ever used. The last ResMed unit I used had a SIM card that I removed and sent in for download and review. ResMed is the best. This app (on the other hand) appears to be worthless for me.

App asked me to take a picture of my mask with the name clearly shown. I take the picture and the app freezes. I retake the picture and the app freezes.

I’d like to be able to write a brief note, to go along with each night’s sleep, about how I felt and how I slept.

I rely on my CPAP machine to keep my sleep apnea in check for my driving job, I drive about 1000 miles a week. I have to check my CPAP usage each day before I go driving, and I drive a split shift so I have two different sleeping periods, one at night and one mid day. Unfortunately the app information is consistently wrong: there is such a long gap between when I use the machine and when the data is updated to the app, I have no way to see how many CPAP hours I have logged when I'm preparing for the next shift. Similarly the resmed machine itself seems to randomly reset the session data at some point in the middle of the day. So I literally have to capture and tabulate this information myself. Rather than see my "score" I just need to see a log of when I used the machine and how many hours each session, so I know if it's safe for me to drive without being at risk of falling asleep at the wheel. My job isn't perfect but it would be nice if Resmed provided a way to access this data that is so important to my life and livelihood, either via the machine or via the app.

Have had no issues with the app except that it counts taking the mask off to start your day against your score. I guess you can never take it off once you start it. Should be very easy fix. I did have it not register a couple times. Just unplugged the machine and plugged it back in and it registered after that.

What happened to the usage calendar? For the users who really need to monitor compliance nights for insurance the loss of this feature is a major inconvenience! Another review says this may have been a temporary feature which was discontinued in the latest update. Please bring it back! Thank you.

App is great for tracking my usage an also makes it easy to send reports to my primary care physician. It’s also convenient for me to pull up my progress when renewing my DOT physical care so the physician can see it with out carrying papers around.
