## myAir™ by Resmed EMEA Description
Take charge of your sleep therapy success with myAir™, an exclusive app available to Resmed AirSense™ and AirCurve™ users.

GUIDED SETUP

Whether you set up your equipment at home or in person, myAir helps you get started with confidence and ease. The Personal Therapy Assistant* feature provides interactive voice-guided instructions to help you set up your equipment and fit your mask. myAir's Test Drive* feature helps you get comfortable with therapy using your machine at different levels of air pressure. The app also offers a Library of helpful videos and guides that show you how to set up your specific AirSense or AirCurve machine and Resmed mask, as well as how to get comfortable on therapy.

PERSONALISED SUPPORT

Getting used to therapy can take a little time, but with the right support you can enjoy a great night's sleep. myAir acts like your personal sleep coach. It guides you through therapy and connects you to the support you need, when you need it.

myAir offers tailored coaching, tips and videos to increase your comfort and success. For example, if you have problems with your mask seal, myAir will provide tips about how to fix it. The app also offers a full Library of helpful videos and guides to answer common questions.

Along the way, you'll get email and push notifications that encourage and support you. With regular check-ins*, myAir proactively prompts you to see how your therapy is going and provides coaching if you have problems. With your prior consent, myAir also shares your therapy insights with your healthcare team* so they can be more connected to your care.

SLEEP THERAPY TRACKING

With myAir, you can easily access your daily sleep therapy data to monitor your therapy progress. Simply log in to see your nightly myAir score, which shows how well you slept on therapy at a glance. Detailed metrics help you track your therapy progress over time. You can also download a therapy summary report to keep for your records or share with your healthcare provider.

INTEGRATED WITH HEALTH APPLICATIONS 

myAir integrates with Apple Health and Health Connect to display the health data you track alongside your Resmed therapy data.

### *---- "Please add dark mode!"
This app can provide basic data from a CPAP machine, but it has a few terrible shortcomings.

First and most importantly, omg, if there is any app that needs DARK MODE SUPPORT, it's this one. This is stupid, because the time you're most likely to look at the data is shortly after waking. Well get ready to be absolutely blinded! Please add dark mode support, for the love of god.

Second, the scoring is more or less useless and needs some options to allow the user to change the weighting. As it stands, it weights the total score as such: 70% usage hours, 20% mask seal, 5% events/hour, 5% mask on/off. The only thing I actually care about is events/hour (in other words, does the device actually reduce my sleep apnea?). Mask on/off shouldn't even be counted, but at least it's only 5%. God forbid I had to get up and use the toilet during the night and be punished by the app for doing so.

I would prefer the usage hours/mask seal/events per hour factors to be weighted 33/33/33 (and just drop the on/off event entirely). This may not be for everyone, so it would be nice if one could customize this.

Finally, the data visualization is very simple and poor. You can just scroll back and see the history for individual factors or the entire score. No monthly breakdown or other trends.

Also, sometimes when this app opens, it tries to open a popup with content that never actually manages to load. So who knows what it wants. But it's a pure white window that adds to the agony of no dark mode.

Ik gebruik al een aantal jaren de elite10 maar ontdekte recent slechts deze app. Wat ik daar in mis is, is om zelf per gebruiksdag mijn eigen bevindingen van de afgelopen nacht bij te voegen zodat ik gemakkelijk kan bijhouden wat mijn ervaringen zijn die ik dan kan delen met mijn zorgverlener. Zo bv heb ik sinds gisteren een compleet nieuw toestel en vannacht liep mijn masker vol vocht; het toestel maakt daarenboven lawaai en volgt mijn ademhaling. Enfin, het blijft een zeer moeilijk proces om maar enig positief gevoel over het gebruik te krijgen.

L’application ne donne pas accès au clavier du smartphone pour encoder le SN et autres Nr pour identifier la machine. Il faut scanner péniblement ces Nr ou faire des copier / coller à partir d’une autre appli. Arrivé au masque , impossible d’indiquer le masque que j’utilise. Je n’ai pas pu finaliser l’encodage de mes paramètres. Jamais vu ça nulle part.

De app laat toe om inzicht te krijgen in de evolutie van de therapie toch zou het nuttig zijn om toegang te krijgen tot meer data nu blijft het een te algemene score zelfs al is die

They advertise that there are additional features for the AirSense 11 in the app, but the app doesn’t give you the possibility to select it, and does not recognize AirSense 11 serial and device numbers. 
Edit: I was contacted about this and they fixed the problem! It now works for AirSense 11

De AirSense11 werkt voorlopig niet met de app. Na contactname met de firma kreeg ik bevestiging dat de firma op de hoogte is van het probleem en dat men op zoek is naar een oplossing. Zodra oplossing voorhanden is pas ik mijn recensie aan.
Op 13 januari 2023 was het probleem opgelost.
Super dank je wel voor de melding hiervan. Werkt zeer goed.

Ici plus bas ,tout le monde vous dit que ça ne fonctionne pas et vous nous redirigée vers un lien support qui ne reconnaît pas non plus le nouveau modèle 11 !!
Comment pouvez vous lancer un nouveau modèle d’appareil sans même y inclure l’appli qui va avec ??? N’avez vous donc pas testé avant ??
