## MyALIV Reviews in United States

### *---- "This app is so bad it compelled me to write a bad review"
You can never just login and do what you have to do, this was my last straw..
I was given a 4 digit verification code for a field that required 6 digits..
You can’t buy data seamlessly. It’s always a fight. switching to BTC
-- Rjdjdhdhdhd, 2026-01-09

### *---- "The worst update yet"
This app is so useless at times it’s crazy, can’t use it when you’re out of data in other words you’re stranded. Lastly they removed the ALIVFibr billing from the app so it now takes you to the website (I had my account saved in the app) not to mention the app design 😒 sorry I know yall working hard on this app but come on.
-- Vonte-da1, 2025-09-16

### *---- "Horrible App"
From the app to the service everything is horrible why can’t bahamains get one thing right good luck resettimg your password its a cluster F where did they find the developers aliexpress?!?
-- zionevans, 2025-09-03

### *---- "Garbage"
The app is garbage
-- Nah bruh112, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Terrible app"
I have been unable to purchase a plan for several months. The circles just keep going around and around. Either very slow or not working at all.
-- Xxxyyyccczzz, 2024-04-03

### *---- "Painful"
This app is the primary way people are expected way to buy plans/manage their phone service. Yet this app makes every single process difficult and clunky from start to finish.

1) UI is very confusing and poorly designed

2) The process flows lack logic and use unnecessary user flows

3) This app crashes constantly

4) Payments seem to fail only to go through afterwards

5) Logging in manually twice is tedious and annoying

6) The lack of useable data in-app when data is out is odd, seeing as how we need data to buy data. Data should be readily available during this time

7) This app needs facial recognition and fingerprint scan for accessibility.

Please, please, please fix these issues. This is the meat and bones of your service.
-- Dreadaddy, 2023-01-13

### ***-- "Add Widget"
The app has a lot of potential, Support for Face ID unlock or Fingerprint would be nice for accessing your account and a widget if possible to see your plan progress for IOS users.
-- APP Reviews 242, 2022-12-30

### *---- "Thinking about switching"
Fix the app PLEASE ! why my credit card enn processing and I need to make an urgent call.. VERY UNRELIABLE
-- 21425387484885lwtters, 2022-07-09

### **--- "Do better"
Never know what you get when you open the app. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Put more care and attention into app development.
-- asfhbrb, 2021-12-21

### *---- "Logging in gives me anxiety"
Double security log in should be optional.

Layout isn’t fluid or intuitive.

Bahamian companies tend to not put as much care into app management and it shows.

The UI is simply dated.

It’s frustrating to go through 5 menus to buy a phone plan only to have to log back in.

Designing a modern app isn’t hard. Aliv/ Newco has the revenue to do so.

Do better.
