The huge drawback is that transactions don’t show in real time. Also you can only see the transactions for about 3weeks only. And you can only see them after 3 or 4 days. Such a pity for an app like this to look half-baked.

Wake up, its 2023 and you still don't have nfc payments on phones and apple pay... It is absolutely embarrassing that a main local Bank in Malta has not dealt with this issue in 2023, its like not having wifi... inconvenience at it's finest

Very user friendly, offers the useful services and great app features.

This app is working quite well, much better than apps of other Banks in Malta, however there are some things I wish they implemented: 1. Account name ( it would be great to allow in App to give name to an account, at at least to give it predefined name like current account, joint savings account, virtual account...) , it would avoid confusion 2. Cards ( a list of cards associated with the account, again it’s quite confusing especially since the cards are just plain color, it’s hard to keep track which card belongs to which account if you have more than 2) 3. Apple Pay ( it is much more convenient and safer way to pay) 4. Investments/ cryptocurrency. This would be a great addition 5. Option to sort payments by time, regardless if they are pending or not, as it would be much easier to navigate 6. PDF export of statement/ payment confirmation Adding these would launch it to the top of the pile and would be amazing addition for users. Keep up the good work
