“Medicines not in stock”.. lame reasons for not delivering medicine.. but same medicine a pharmacy can procure and provide next day.. useless app and customer service

Can’t book appointments, access records. App does not work 90 percent of the time

Worst application for video consultation. Costumer support team also very poor service.

Useless customer care service
Facing same issues with myAster online stock. But they don’t have stock actually. Waiting for refund is 7 days. Better buy outside nearby pharmacy. My Aster app for purchasing online is quite disappointment.
