What’s the point of this app?
What a terribly designed app. It just contains links to the website. Whoever designed this should be fired. Unbelievable.
Garbage
Your whole website refers to this amazing app if i want to live chat with customer support, yet i dont find any options for that. All other features redirects you back to your webpage, a waste of an app.

線上客服對談到一半進入客服給的連結之後，再跳出來就回不去對談頁面了，這問題好久了沒改過

可以改一下登入方式嗎
可不可以讓登入方式支援生物識別（Face ID），不然每次登入都要輸入帳號密碼實在很麻煩
