There should be an option to select parking time for 15 minutes, not just a minimum of 30 minutes. This would be helpful when someone wants to extend the parking time by just a few extra minutes. I received a ticket 3 minutes after my parking time expired because I didn’t make it back in time. My time ended at 16:15, and I got the ticket at 16:18, just as I returned to the car!

Also, the GPS might not accurately recognize the address number, so you have to enter it manually. The more logical approach would be to have areas divided into zones or addresses corresponding to a specific code, so the only thing one would need to do is to enter the code for the corresponding zone.

Finally, and most importantly, when you choose ‘stop parking’ because you finished your task earlier than the time you set, you should get a refund for the remaining time. Otherwise, what is the point of having that option?

Take a look at the corresponding app from the municipality of Thessaloniki! Much more practical and includes all the above features

Από τον τίτλο καταλάβατε ότι έβαλα στην εφαρμογή έναν λάθος αριθμό από την πινακίδα μου . Στα πρώτα πέντε λεπτά το αντιλήφθηκα και μπήκα στην εφαρμογή να δω αν διορθώνεται . Αφού διαπίστωσα ότι δεν γινόταν πήρα τηλ και μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται να αλλάξει και αφού επιβεβαίωσα τα στοιχεία μου φταίω εγώ . Μου είπε χαρακτηριστικά η κυρία που μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο . «Όταν παίρνετε ένα ξυστό από το περίπτερο και το ξύσετε , τελείωσε δεν διορθώνετε» 
Εγώ είπα ότι δεν μπορεί να εξισώνεται ένα ξυστό με ένα app και να έχουν τις ίδιες επιλογές . 
Εν κατακλείδι έπρεπε να ακυρώσω το εισιτήριο των 6€ ΧΩΡΙΣ επιστροφή χρημάτων και να ξανά πληρώσω καινούριο βάζοντας την σωστή πινακίδα . Συγγνώμη αλλά αυτό λέγεται : εφαρμογή και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων για τα σκουπίδια
