The developer could at least take the time to answer queries on this review page…….but they don’t! Tell me why I have to grant authorisation every time I open this app on my iPad or iPhone? It it makes it useless on the Apple Watch as I first have to go through all that on the phone or tablet. When did you bring in this useless change. Please advise…….not like my last question which you just ignored……..

Can’t set up on iPhone 14 Pro. Can’t get Support ID so developer has not responded to my ticket after 1 week. Very frustrating. Rated 1 star but should be zero.

Was happy using this app for a few years, now it has turned into an expensive subscription just for the one widget I use. Sorry you have lost another customer.

I really like this app but still, the air pressure as measured by the outside module, is applied to the inside module in the app. The Netatmo software has it right, so its as it should be on the server. Please correct it. Thats why the loss of one star.

Have been using this for 2 years. As the developer has added more features and widgets etc it has justified paying for the premium subscription. Recent version has an annoying feature where the app on launching fails to update data from the server. Requires a second swipe down refresh to get the data. As with all apps as they mature it is important to keep it robust and able to perform the basic functions flawlessly as bells and whistles lose their lustre if the basics are flawed. Still a very good app.

I wanted to let you know that you had a spelling error in your app - it’s « rain gauge » not guage. But you have so well protected your support sites that there is no contact possible and I wasted almost an hour trying to let you know this. That’s just rude!

I have an iPhone XS iOS 13 and this app constantly lock up crashes and generally rubbish and I was dumb enough to pay a 3 month subscription which oddly it when it started playing up.

I’ve just updated to iOS 13. Overall, the app looks good but in graphs the blue lines and text are nearly impossible to see and read. Please fix. SOON

What a shame! Was a great app. Now subscription and expensive. I would have paid for a one off upgrade.

Please add Siri Shortcut support so I can ask my HomePod the outdoor temperature and how much rain has fallen!
