Plan fast, efficient or your favourite routes with the intelligent route planner, receive useful answers from the AI-supported Audi assistant and control important vehicle functions wherever you are – with just a few taps of the finger.
As well as new features, the myAudi app offers noticeable improvements to familiar functions. Important vehicle functions can now be controlled even more easily from a distance. And with the optimised app routines, you can now precondition your Audi even more easily and plan charging processes seamlessly.
Regardless of whether you drive a fully electric, combustion or e-hybrid vehicle – the latest version of the myAudi app will make your driving experience smarter, more connected and more convenient.

Audi assistant: Just ask instead of spending time looking it up – the AI-supported Audi assistant understands your questions and provides clear information about your vehicle in real time – without the need for the owner’s manual.

Improved route planner: The new route planner takes account of real-time traffic data, current range and charge scheduling – and sends your desired route directly to the MMI. This makes every journey an experience.

Individual upgrades: The new shopping area offers individual recommendations based on your current vehicle configuration. Discover exciting functions on demand, Audi connect services and plenty more besides.

Digital key: Lock, unlock or start your Audi by smartphone and share access to the vehicle simply by app. Ideal for spontaneous trips – without having to look for the key.

The locking and unlocking function has never worked for me. Maybe it takes too long. The best feature is to send GPS directions to the car, since it is so difficult to key in using MMI. 

Can the app notify us when there are firmware updates for the MMI and GPS?  The app should know what version we are currently using. That would be a very helpful feature.

Lock and unlocking of car took so long. Locking was also unreliable and doesn’t work at times. Updating of car status sometimes also returned vehicle status could not be retrieved. If Audi is to compete with electric vehicles and Tesla for the future, this app clearly shows a large divide in software feature and app reliability.
