I recently bought a Q5, my first Audi, and am enjoying the features of the app thoroughly. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it is really slow. It often takes 30+ seconds to update the status or to start the climate control remotely. Other than that, the features are great!

I have contemplated deleting the app off of my phone multiple times. The interface with Apple and CarPlay is abysmal. It will drop a call while I’m in the middle of a conversation and it will cut in and cut out what I’m doing multiple times in a car ride. Audie really needs to fix this.

After the previous update, the car doesn’t recognize me as the owner. An update loading message appears. It never progresses further, rendering the MMI screen blank and useless. It will ask me to login, but never gives that prompt, but goes to a screen to approve what data to be sent. This happens on repeat with every start. Previously, an update caused issues syncing with the app. The app wasn’t syncing any data from the vehicle. I was also getting a new “Note” that pops up on my MMI screen about no data connection. I feel like it is related to the failure of this app to sync. App wouldn’t sync more than 7 days. Now, more issues with another useless update.

I used to have the fuel level readily available at a glance on my watch as a complication option. Now only the Audi rings are available. I need to tap into it to see the fuel level.

This was also broken on the previous update (4.28.0) and it came back. Pls fix again. Thanks!
