The myAudi app (1) helps connect your Audi with your daily routine and can bring more driving comfort into your life through innovative functions and services.

With an active Audi connect (2) trial or subscription on eligible vehicles, you can access your vehicle's real-time information, and help keep abreast of your vehicle’s status (3), fuel level, estimated driving range, and lots more. Use your app to conveniently plan trips and send routes and destinations directly to your vehicle. Even climate control, as well as locking and unlocking your vehicle doors, can be operated via the app. (Depending on the model and the equipment packages of your Audi, availability of features and services may vary.)

AN OVERVIEW OF FUNCTIONS AND BENEFITS:

Audi connect (2) services include features such as:
• Access to important vehicle data such as fuel level, estimated driving range, or oil level — directly on your mobile device
• Lock and unlock your vehicle remotely (4)
• Explore other features like speed alerts, geofencing, and valet alerts (5)
• Give your family, friends, or colleagues access to your Audi
Navigation
• Send destinations and routes from your compatible mobile device to your vehicle
• Plan your routes, including walking route, to your vehicle
• Access contacts, addresses, and your calendar from your vehicle
Service
• Schedule a service appointment with your preferred dealer and keep an eye on maintenance needs (6)
• Access your digital owner's manual via the app
• Keep track of your trips in the mileage tracker

You must register on myAudi to use the Audi connect services. Certain services require the completion of a key user contract for full access. The availability of services may vary, depending on the model and equipment of your Audi. The myAudi app is provided by the importer for the applicable market. See the app legal notice for details about the importer.
Some functions depend on third-party providers and may not be available without restrictions at all times or in every country. We recommend a flat-rate high-speed data package to use our services – the applicable costs depend on your contract with the network operator. If you do not have a fast enough data connection, you may not get the full benefit of the features. Please also note any data volume restrictions imposed by your mobile service provider.

Running GPS continuously in the background can reduce the battery life.

Audi connect services and features are optional, provided with the support of authorized affiliated and third party service providers, and may require additional subscriptions with separate terms and conditions. Google Earth features will not be available after December 2020 for Model Year 2018 & prior vehicles. Google Earth is a trademark of Google Inc. Connect services are subject to technologies remaining commercially available, such services are not guaranteed, and may not be available after 2021 for equipped MY17-20 vehicles.

Can never retrieve vehicle info

Everything was working (slowly) since I bought my 2021 Audi S5 new in 2021. I traded it in for a 2024 E Tron GT last week and nothing but issues since. I keep getting error messages that the vehicle info cannot be retrieved, and I can’t control the charging and climate control when that happens. For a $125k car, this is unacceptable

Good example of how legacy OEMs don't understand technology

This is a terrible app. From not updating consistently to giving incorrect and out of Dat information and finally being UNRELIABLE! Right now it says it can't connect to my vehicle which happens all the time. Worse some idiot decided it was a good idea to say "Vehicle is not parked safely" but then not tell you what is wrong! It's actually that it hasn't been locked and alarmed but that is not shown. Great example of the lack of thought and customer experience design that went into the app. Of course the in vehicle experience is just as bad. Half the time it resets on me after a few minutes and wipes out my seat preference etc. Or gets confused that's its me driving and not my wife. I so regret purchasing such an expensive vehicle that irritates me from useless apps to useless vehicle experience.

Prior to this car I had a Tesla. The Tesla app is incredible. I’m enjoying the Audi itself, but the app is basically useless. In particular, I would love to know what the charge is in my car right now while it’s charging, but apparently the charge level info is not going to update. In my view this is unacceptable - isn’t the bare minimum knowing what the charge level is on your car? Please Audi, make it better.

Apple Watch app logs out and no climate control

As stated in title. This was working fine for 2 years and the service has just disappeared on my watch. This was one of the reasons I was happy with the car…

Annoying

Deleted from my iPhone. Super annoying pop ups Expect better from Audi

Poor app

It keeps on asking for login and does not accept the password. There is always difficulty with syncing. It should not be this frustrating to use the app with car settings especially when they have made all settings linked to app. I would rather have no app and control everything within car settings. What a waste of time.

Worse App Ever

If I could give it a negative 1, I would. Leased my Audi Q8 in January. From the very beginning I had issues. Issues with accessing the trial subscriptions (ie WiFi, navigation, real-time traffic etc); connectivity with their EA charging widget (2yrs free unlimited charging IF you could get it to work), the app constantly not connecting or giving error messages, telling me my window is down, car is not legally parked etc. I have had a running conversation with their digital support and Tier 2 Team. The last email I received was to ‘take the car to the dealer for service’. I did and showed my service advisor the lengthy email correspondence and he laughed at me. His response, ‘why would we repair an app’; exactly. TERRIBLE!

Can’t charge 2021 e-tron after new update

After the new update (4.25), clicking on “Start Charger” or “Energy Usage” under ‘Electrify America’ does not work; instead it prompts me to “Try signing in with a different account” “Sign in with FusionAuth”. Clicking on sign in does not do anything. Please fix Edit: Charging fixed
