## MyAviva Description
MyAviva is the simple way to view and manage your Aviva insurance, savings and investment policies in one place, whenever and wherever you want. If you’ve already set up an Aviva account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. The app supports facial recognition and fingerprint login, so you can access your account even more quickly and easily, and there's the option to activate 2-Step Verification to add another layer of security to our customer accounts.

If you are new to Aviva you can easily register a new account, and if you forget your login details it’s easy to retrieve and reset them to make sure you keep your personal information safe and secure.

Once you’re set up, depending on the products you have in your account you’ll be able to:

 - Get all the important details of your Aviva pension
 - View insurance cover and renewal dates
 - Access policy documents
 - Find out how to make a claim
 - Check your investment portfolio
 - Get access to existing customer offers

Cant use app to submit a health insurance claim just shows a white screen! Been going on weeks now. Reinstalled it several times. Asked on live chat apparently got issues but surely cant take this long?!

This is a very useful App. Intuitive, with clear explanations and great functionality. Can you modernise the security function, please? Rather than prioritise an SMS code as verification, giving the user the option of using an on device Authenticator App would add security robustness….. Otherwise it’s great!

When I try to submit a claim for my medical insurance, the relevant section does not work — I only see a blank screen.

I have the latest version of the app installed, and my phone fully supports it.

I love that I can access and update insurance details, and that the MyDrive (used to) show me a score for my driving, however since iOS 18, this hasn’t worked - I appreciate it could still be working behind the scenes but the app no longer loads the scores and other interesting information.

I have been trying to activate MyDrive since 1st September. I have agreed all the requirements for my iPhone. I cannot get beyond the ‘we are checking under the bonnet’ screen. I’ve logged out and back in again as instructed. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 6 times. I’ve emailed customer service and the app departments. All I get are holding emails. Please can someone help and fix this?

Update - Thanks to the developer team getting in touch. Did as recommended, deleted and reinstalled app. Unfortunately, no change. I have submitted a form with the issue to the link provided. Thanks for responding and your help.

The app is well presented and looks lovely.  A nice shiny new app to grace the home screen of your iPhone.  Wonderful.  
A place for all your policy details to exist and you think “ahhh Aviva, it’s all taken care of” 

But no. You’re very very wrong.  This app seems to have never been tested (at least UAT or E2E) by customers because if it had, they would never have put this trash out there.  

Let me explain why:

This evening I have spent about 30 minutes (in the app) trying to find an email address or form to email Aviva regarding a minor issue, like teeny, tiny little blip.   Small question.  TINY!

Yet I was told (again, by the app. Keep this in mind, it will be important later) time and time again that in order to obtain contact details and to get a “richer” experience I should try (are you ready for this?) TO LOG INTO THE MYAVIVA APP!!!!  

THERE WE GO LADIES AND GENTS!! 

absolute. Garbage.  AVIVA THIS ISNT GOOD ENOUGH YO!  

UAT YOUR SOFTWARE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!!
