For the very first time i would say that Axa mansard failed me, I can boldly say that the person that use to handle your customer care is not the same person handling it now. I extracted my tooth today which your establishment knows about because of course you approved the email for the procedure. I sent an email by 2:37pm for you to approve my drugs because I explained in my email that I am having so much pain and till this moment i have been unable to get my drugs. I ended up using my money and you will refund me definitely.

Takes eons to have customer care respond and fix issues. An indecent human being should not even be subjected to the kind of service AxaMansard offers on their health plans.

App doesn’t work. Customer Care Reps are abrasive. Office staff in Abuja are even more out of touch with delivering professional services or responding to queries/issues.

As an app developer myself I must say; this is one of the slowest applications ever!!! The load times are ridiculously long for a 2021 app and sometimes at the end of all that waiting, nothing actually gets loaded!!!
Please optimise your servers and load balancers on your cloud infrastructure. Your app is barely usable 😪
