## MyAzad Description
AZAD, an established player in Trivandrum’s gastronomic scene started out as a modest cafe in erstwhile Travancore in 1940. AZAD’s history is interweaved with the cultural fabric of Trivandrum like no other. A front-runner in pakka Travancore style Biriyani and Mutton delicacies, AZAD later diversified into bakery retail with the brand ‘BREAD FACTORY’. Tea-joint kiosks under the name ‘CHAI CHAI’ and fine-dine restaurant format called ‘AZAD STAR’ are the latest additions to the brand.

AZAD now makes a leap on the technology front and presents its all exclusive Food-App and website. MyAZAD app allows customers to order their AZAD favourites online and get it home-delivered. Various payment modes viz. Net Banking/ Debit Card/Credit Card/Cash on Delivery have been incorporated for a hassle-free transaction experience. The App includes features to track your parcel at any point from inception to delivery. It allows customers to use discount coupons and the patrons shall be forwarded notifications about new offers and coupons that they can avail from time to time.  MyAZAD app is now available in Apple Store.

MyAZAD is a humble attempt to reach out to our patrons on the digital platform with a one-stop access to all our brands- AZAD, BREAD FACTORY, CHAI CHAI and AZAD STAR. Choose and order your favourites from the comforts of your private space and we promise a heartwarming experience that would make you come back for more.

When trying to login , we are not receiving the otp . Also the phone number that was entered without having any space is shown as having space in the otp page . As a result couldn’t login.

I ordered lunch. Just 3 KM away and they kept we waiting for more than 3 hours. Finally had to cancel my prepaid order. I was calling the restaurant in between and they behaved real unprofessional and kept on asking me to wait some more. Terrible service. PS: Writing this review after uninstalling the app.

### ***** "Quality is on priority"
Quality is maintained consistently without fail. Which makes me order food and snacks from them with confidence. Because, when I imagine a taste of a product and order it from them, i know its gonna taste as i imagined because of their consistency. Be it the food from restaurant or from bakery, its always the best. And I am happy to share it with you all here as you should also experience it. 

 About the app, its super easy to make orders on it. Also have a provision to give instructions and choice to pick the restaurant/bakery location you want the food from. Overall great experience.
