## MyBCH Reviews in United States

### *---- "Cannot login or use it recently ;("
The app was so great until they added a pop-up at the login screen for vaccines. Every time you click login, it goes back to the main login page, but then doesn’t let you click login and pops up the vaccine for Covid once again🤯

It’s been like this for the last four weeks
-- Jon chui, 2026-04-02

### ***** "Helpful reminders"
The reminders are very helpful for upcoming appointments. As most patients are very busy with family and friends. The Rx list helpful also.

All the information you need and didn’t know you needed until you open the app is organized clearly in My BCH. Someone did an excellent job creating it:

### **--- "waiting for reply"
i have checked this for a reply on a med refill twice a day for the last week and got no reply. waste of time. i called too.
-- vhlmft, 2025-09-06

### ***** "Where the specialist are for neurology,"
Thank goodness for Dr William Shaffer .
-- TSproles45, 2025-06-03

### ***** "Exceptional Care!"
Colleen is an awesome Primary Care Provider. She is technically perfect and she listens carefully to every concern.
-- Mikeylikeslemons, 2025-05-30

### *---- "Creating barriers for patients"
By implementing mandatory 2FA they are creating barriers for patients, especially the elderly, from accessing their medical information. So many elderly patients are unfamiliar with 2FA or they don't have a cellphone or email address.

Amazing job hindering the patient's ability to access their medical information in a timely manner. ZERO stars.
-- the-jo-nathan, 2025-05-20

### ***** "All the info in one place"
Enjoying the ability to make appts, send messages, and view results all in one place.
