App error no start-up

The Mybenef by Kireego mobile application is to be used by members or participants of a Community account on Kireego's platform.
It is a private mobile app that can only be used if you have access to an activation QRcode of your employer, club, association, event or merchant.
It allows:
• permanent and geolocalized access to the exclusive
offers and benefits you are entitled to thanks to your employer, or to the clubs, schools, or other institutions you belong to.
• Merchants to setup their own loyalty program for their customers through a mobile punchcard
• direct access to all the benefits from the mobile app
• totally anonymous use; no registration required.
Companies and Institutions can better manage the benefits proposed by providers, brands or local merchants for their employees, students, guests, or chosen beneficiaries.
Merchants can also set up a free mobile Punch Card for their own customers.
The Kireego application IS NOT a public app - so download it only if you have access to an activation QRCode.

The back button doesn’t work on IOS 13 in iPhone 11
The back button doesn’t work and everytime I have to go back I need to close app, open again and then navigate through everything. Can you please fix it? Also can you please add fitters for categories so that we can quickly filter for the areas we are looking for like for example cycles, travel, watches etc.
