운동을 하고 계시다면, 지금까지 어떤 운동을 진행했고, 내 몸이 어떻게 변하고 있는지 알고 계신가요?
어떠한 방법이든 지속적인 운동은 좋습니다. 하지만 현재 본인의 상태를 알고 운동을 하는 것이 더욱 좋습니다.
myBenefit 어플리케이션은 트레이너의 관리를 받는 회원들을 위한 서비스 입니다.
마이베네핏 서비스는 회원 중심의 서비스이며, 회원은 센터에서나 집에서나 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 트레이너가 설계한 운동 프로그램을 수행 할 수 있습니다. 트레이너에 의한 일방적인 운동 관리가 아닌 트레이너와 함께 수행한 프로그램에 따라 변화되는 스스로의 모습을 지속적으로 확인하며 건강 관리를 할 수 있습니다. 
운동을 하러 센터에 방문하기 어렵다면 myBenefit 어플리케이션을 사용해보세요. 홈 트레이닝 처방을 통해 트레이너가 직접 설계한 운동 프로그램을 집에서도 할 수 있습니다.
수업 진행에 따라 나의 운동량, 컨디션, 피로도, 피지컬 레벨 등의 다양한 신체적 건강 지표들의 변화를 지속적으로 제공해 주고, 이러한 정보들은 나의 신체 상태 변화를 객관적으로 보여줍니다.

수업 중 수행한 운동 정보에 따라 나의 몸 상태 변화를 피지컬 레벨로 보여주고, 새롭게 획득한 운동 동작은 내 운동으로 모을 수 있습니다. 또한 운동 관리 동안의 신체적 변화를 그래프 형태로 제공하여 누구나 쉽게 나의 몸 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.

트레이너와 함께 한 PT&홈 트레이닝, 또한 AI 기반의 버추얼 트레이닝 수업 내역과 수업에 따른 신체 변화의 확인이 가능합니다.
▶ with Virtual Mate
Virtual Mate는 사용자의 운동 동작 센싱이 가능한 신개념 운동 장비로 Virtual Mate가 설치된 센터를 이용하시면 자세 측정과 체력 측정이 가능하며, AI 기반의 운동 프로그램 또한 즐길 수 있습니다. 측정 이력은 myBenefit앱에서 확인이 가능합니다.

myBenefit앱을 이용하기 위해서는 트레이너가 사용하는 Virtual Mate Plus앱을 통한 회원 등록이 필요합니다.
