It just takes so long to load a coupon. It draws out the paper bag with the produce inside of it. We just need the coupon to load faster

Menu options don’t work like they should. If you select weekly ad, it takes you to another similar page and actually takes more selections to find the ad. Once in the ad, you can’t add every you see to your shopping list. No, you have to add coupons differently than sale items and different from regular items you want to buy. You end up with 3 different unorganized lists. Nothing indicates where in the store items might be so you wander around juggling multiple lists. It’s shouldn’t be hard to out everything in 1 list organized by aisle? I won’t even mention trying to shop on the website and get stuff onto your phone app or print a shopping list….. Obviously the developers and managers don’t use the app or website to shop.

Something has happened to the app when I click on it, zip, blank. The app is blank.

I love shopping at Big Y I have no issues with the stores my issue is the app its just pure trash…you can’t find ANYTHING AT ALL totally a waste of time!

Stop “updating” and “upgrading” if it’s working fine! Every time this app changes, something gets screwed up and malfunctions!

I am unable to load the app. Most annoying whe I am already in the store and can’t check my shopping list 😡

In order to get savings now you have to use the app to load “savings” instead of just using your rewards card like it used to be (why? Who knows!) and I’ve never seen such an incomplete, buggy app. It’s like someone’s high school project from 2012. I wouldn’t be so mad if they didn’t make you use it. There’s clearly no beta testing. Not one feature of the app is bug free, not even the search feature, and they NEVER update it or try to fix it. It’s just insane. I can’t wrap my head a business in 2024 thinking this is acceptable.

I don't understand why they have not hired someone to fix this App. Is there even 1 good real review?

This app is virtually useless- constantly crashing, and the search feature is absolutely the worst of any app I have used!! For simple searches such as “corn” it says “no results”- impossible to use, frustrating, and aside from the rare times I can load my coupons on the app, it is useless! Big Y, take a lesson from the Stop and Shop app developers, they have figured it out!
