## MyBlock Reviews in United States

### ***** "App"
Love the app but I’m having issues all the time with the finger print. I turn it on, exit the app and it still asks me to log in instead of prompting the finger print like the app says it will the next time you open the app.
-- harleyquinzel1018, 2024-12-11

### ***-- "Need to fix a glitch"
Trying to set up thumb print ID and it keeps closing me out

Other than that, I like the app. Thanks
-- Timmy262, 2024-11-02

### ****- "Great Services, but…"
Can y’all implement a “sandbox” mode for people to perform dry-runs? This would be helpful for people who are considering moving to a different state, to gauge affordability and feasibility scenarios… the painless way.
-- PORT3RMAN, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Terrible"
Terrible experience with this app plus platform.
-- jhapali21, 2024-10-13

### **--- "It’s"
Your Friend of custody I
-- NJLJN, 2024-10-05

### ***** "Update is Trash."
Whoever is updating your application isn’t a very good app developer because The App literally will not even load upon trying to sign in after this update
-- Ben7905, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Still same issue"
I’m still having to login totally and it doesn’t recognize my device!! So I have to get a code every time! What happened to login with Touch ID for balance inquiry? Please help! App is updated
-- Juliaian74, 2024-09-12

### **--- "Very disappointing"
I can have full bars on either my high speed data plan or in my own wifi and the app will not load. I have no issues doing anything else on other apps but somehow I can’t get to my tax documents? What is the use of this app if you can’t even look at what’s inside? I can answer all of the mundane security questions with ease but once I’m into the app it’s just perpetually loading. How disappointing, debating on changing who I file with from now on.
-- Boop Snoot, 2024-09-10

### *---- "app does not load to my iPhone12"
I have plenty of room on my phone so downloaded the app and tried to use it. All I got was a white page with flashing pale gray rectangles of various shapes.
-- Move forward 52, 2024-09-08

### *---- "Login issues"
I login once and I can review my balance. Why am I asked to login again to look at the transactions. Using my user name and password. It was never like this before we login and we can look at everything. Keeping me from using the app or put money on my card.

Emerald card login to review balance. Select review transactions forces you to log out again login using verification codes to see these. Why if I’m already logged in the first time. He this did not happen prior to this these updates . FIX YOUR APP emerald acct
