myBlu is the delivery companion for orders shipped with ShipBlu. Sign in with the phone number you gave the store and every shipment on its way to you appears in one place, with live tracking, online payment and a QR code to receive it.

TRACK EVERY STEP
• See your active shipments and delivery history at a glance
• Follow a step-by-step timeline from pickup to your door
• Know the estimated delivery date and get a push notification the moment anything changes
• Confirm or dispute a reported delivery attempt in one tap

PAY ONLINE, SKIP THE CASH
• Pay the cash-on-delivery amount before the courier arrives
• Cards and mobile wallets, processed on a secure payment page
• See the amount, fees and VAT before you confirm
• Review every payment under Transactions, and request a refund if a paid order is returned

RECEIVE WITH A QR CODE
• Paid orders get one QR code per package
• Show it to the courier, or share it with someone you trust to receive on your behalf

MADE FOR YOU
• Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support
• Light and night modes
• Rate your delivery experience after each order
• Chat with ShipBlu support from inside the app, with your shipment details already attached

Nice app i didn’t recieve my package yet but i’m amazed with the payement options upon delivery or even before the delivery through the app you can pay using value, bank cards and u can change the delivery date from the app i also rescheduled the delivery date to make it earlier from the website and the delivery man who called at the first delivery attempt was polite and decent
