Have health coverage with Manitoba Blue Cross? The mybluecross® mobile app makes it easy for you to manage your coverage anytime, anywhere.  

With expanded claim submission options, you can submit a broad range of services in the app, including ambulance, dental, extended health products, extended health services, hospital, prescription drugs and vision. Reduce paperwork and access your benefit information anytime with your device.  

With the mybluecross mobile app, you can: 

- submit claims on the go 
- check the status of your claims 
- check your coverage balances 
- find benefit details, including deductibles and plan limits 
- view and search for past claims 
- upload pictures of your receipts 
- check your HSA and WSA credit activity 
- access your ID card 
- update your direct deposit information 
- access the Manitoba Blue Cross website, wellness platform, Blue Advantage® details and more

I just downloaded this app…I don’t know why…I think it has 1/2 star.  I can’t figure out how to upload, download it even access a comprehensive view of our claims.  We have been “customers” for years.  I will now delete & make room for more helpful apps.

One of the worst Insurance Apps.  I’ve utilized at least three different Apps from insurance companies, and this is bar none the worst one I’ve used.  I’ve tried to submit claims through the app and it never works.  Not user friendly at all.  Manitoba Blue Cross should be able to provide an app that allows you to submit claims, otherwise don’t have an app.  I wouldn’t even give it a star, but can’t submit a review without it.
