Книги на других языках

Прекрасное приложение. Очень удобное и практичное. Единственная просьба-, если это возможно, добавьте побольше книг хотя бы на английском языке. Хочется читать иногда и в оригинале.

Улучшить

Очень много недоработанных аспектов. Не у всех книг есть аудио версия и не у всех книг с аудиоверсиями есть возможность переключаться с электронной книги в аудио и наоборот, как продекламировано и из-за чего собственно я подписалась изначально на это приложение. Очень часто, приложение глючит и ты не можешь запустить аудиокнигу. И парой это на несколько часов. Причина не понятна.... и цена немножко кусается тоже. Идея сервиса отличная, но много чего следует доработать.

Автопродление подписки

Плачу уже 6й месяц за приложение которым не пользуюсь! Отменить подписку не получается. Писала в службу поддержки, мне так и не помогли! Придётся блокировать карту.

Хороший сервис но...

Пользуюсь приложением уже два года. Но раз на раз оно не сохраняет страницу, на которой было закончено чтение в последний раз. Это начинает очень сильно раздражать.

Outrageously expensive and full of bugs

I tried to buy a monthly subscription and rent a book - the payment was withdrawn immediately, but the book could not be rent. After trying again, it was rented twice and appeared in my library as two rents. Trying to download the book throws me out of the app and no download is possible. When you charge so expensive, the customer expects it to work. Spent a day fighting with the bugs - all in vain. I recommend deleting the app as a non-functional and a fraudulent one.
