After few weeks the apps unable to enter. Deleted the apps and reinstalled also the same. Tried to login with new registration but apps shown error message said “Not valid”. Makes me wonder if this really a government apps ? Or this apps just launch without testing

Had a lot of issues signing up with errors popping up. After finally signing up, when trying to login at the pin page it just freezes and then pops up a red error dialogue

Can’t even login how to use the app. Tried to reset and still pops up errors. FAQ English is also so bad, come on at least have some QC checks

Just need to scan the passport and it will autodetect all the details.  Generate the qr code and go through the qr autogate within 2-3mins. Much easier than using passport autogate.

Cant even pass the registration flow. Stuck at e-KYC. Please test first before releasing the app. Test on multiple ios devices also la and ensure its working for all. Dont just release half-baked apps to production and try to make it a compulsory method for immigration clearance. If this app is truely created by the government, then its just a waste of taxpayer money
