## MYBOX POSTA Reviews in Kuwait

### *---- "Poor customer services"
Customer services are useless and their drivers are unreliable, they show attempt delivery and not available which is a lie as was there waiting and they never came home to deliver . They will keep your items stored at heat in their cars and poorly storage causing damage to it .
-- maxwell021202, 2025-05-16

### *---- "Can’t sign up"
Always there is an issue and the app asks me to contact customer service without providing their contact information/ number in the app.
-- Zaid K., 2025-03-09

-- Mohammed-/:, 2022-08-12

### *---- "Worst shipment company"
I have never dealt with any company worse than this in my entire life. If you want to buy items and never have them delivered to you, if u want to deal with the most incompetent and ignorant customer representative in the world who lie with ease and have 0 info about their own company's policy, pricing, or the way almost anything work in there, and frustrate you until you give up and hang up on them, if you want to to have them deliver items to your doorstep that you never ordered which they insist are yours (and probably belong to other poor customers waiting for their shipment), then you should deal with MyBox.

(It is much worse than that but I need 10 pages to write in full detail every single bad experience i had)
-- k.a.a. 1989, 2022-04-10

### *---- "Mohammad"
The worst shipping company ever .
-- msma1972, 2021-12-12

### **--- "Saqer"
The worst app & worst shipment co. I have ever seen in my life - 5 days they received my shipment and they didn't update it in their system.
-- saqer90, 2021-05-10

### *---- "App don’t work"
Not working worse app ever😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
-- d2790, 2021-03-29

### *---- "Soo bad"
Not working as it should. Always system down.
