The app experience is hindered by frequent mandatory updates with vague and unprofessional release notes. Furthermore, when setting up an investment, bank account details are captured but not reflected on the profile, forcing users into avoidable manual or branch-based steps. In addition, the app does not display the applicable interest rates for investments, leaving users without essential information for making informed decisions. Improving update communication, displaying investment rates clearly, and fixing the account linkage issue would greatly enhance user trust and convenience.

Awful, simply awful app. Latest update doesn’t even work on iOS despite all the hype. Customer service is also poor and monthly statements are a joke and don’t give a comprehensive picture of your investment. This kind of repeated incompetence on matters tech and customer service is making Britam the laughing stock of the market. Britam really needs to consider what message they are sending to the market with this kind of incompetence.
