## MyBrookdale Mobile Description
Brookdale Experience, the central hub for commonly used applications, offers the convenience of accessing personalized live data from applications like Self-Service and Canvas. The content, displayed as cards or links, is organized by categories for quick, intuitive viewing and access. Moreover, the MyBrookdale Experience Mobile App provides the same personalized content found in the web version, empowering you with flexible access and ensuring your unique needs are always met.

Your default view is your Home page. The cards on your Home page are based on your Brookdale role and the frequency and need for access to the information or resource. You can use the Category sections from the menu icon to filter the cards in the screen's center. Some Category sections can be expanded to expose additional links. Additionally, the Resources section has links to the IT Help Desk and other applications that need to align with the Categories logically. The platform is continuously evolving, with new features and functions being released, which may result in new cards and features displaying on your Home page or nested under Categories and Category links. This continuous improvement keeps your Experience fresh and exciting.

## MyBrookdale Mobile Reviews in United States

### ****- "Mostly work"
The app mostly works fine now, some tabs may need a refresh or two, but it keeps saying there’s an update available and there isn’t so that’s a bit annoying
-- BubbeF, 2026-01-27

### *---- "Horrible"
App is horrible. Worked for 1 day and can’t log back in. Have to deal with the web site this whole site needs to be reconfigured.
-- Kathie213, 2023-08-10

### *---- "This app isn’t worth it"
This app worked for my first semester after that it stopped working it doesn’t load anything anymore I can’t look at my schedule to see when and where my classes are I can’t look at my grades to see how I’m doing this app is so bad and useless don’t even know why it’s still on my phone wast of space
-- Razer1210, 2023-01-31

### **--- "Slow Loading"
When i first got the app it worked great, but after using it for a while it went downhill. I logged out thinking it froze and now it takes forever to log back into the app. If you need something on the app you might wanna go to safari and use the website it’s quicker then the mobile app.
-- AshleyFT, 2023-01-18

### *---- "Trash"
I honestly don’t know why this app even still exists. It hasn’t worked once. Save the storage on your phone and don’t bother downloading it.
-- GrapeUnicorn, 2023-01-18

### *---- "App doesn’t work after 3 uses"
Worked well for the time being when I downloaded it. Now it’s just a space muncher in my phone. If I could talk to the person who made this app I’d laugh in there face. The infrastructure is flawed and the app doesn’t work half the time. It’s a horrible app and I’ve missed class and not been able to get to class on time because of issues regarding connection. It never wants to load ANYTHING.
-- AndrewQueef, 2022-09-20

### **--- "Alright"
Everything is fine and easy to find but usually crashes. Needs fox asap
-- Jakerosz, 2020-05-09

### **--- "Crashes every time!"
Every time I try to use this app to see my grades, check my classes, see my student account ... really anything that involves being signed in, it crashes. What’s the point of the app if I can’t use it???
-- Rms81012, 2018-11-20

### *---- "My Brookdale Mobile"
Installed it and it worked once. Had easy access to a lot of information. Now it stays on sign in screen until it times out
-- studentjp, 2017-09-07

### *---- "The worst"
It won't let you log in using username and password then it makes you change the password and still tell you it's incorrect. Hate it. deleting it.
