This is an amazing app. It’s very intuitive and very easy to use. It’s wonderful.
I downloaded app, followed direction it keep going around in circles. I had to sign in a few times and then it locked me out for 10 minutes. It is nontoxic a user friendly app.
Claim process is easy. However the blua online doctor is very hard to use

Absolutely the most useless app. Every time there is an app update I have to relogin again and try and remember my details. You’d think that setting up your digital identify once would be enough to assist with login. And now it keeps going around in circles while I try and reset my password yet again but I keep getting asked to verify - even though I should no longer have to use a password to sign in. This crappy app alone is worth leaving Bupa over. You’d think with all the money they gauge from us each year they could have a decent app.
There are a million ways to trigger flash-quit including but not limited to: not opening up the app for a while, toggle the setting for Face ID, try to locate a member first provider etc.
