The My Bupa App is rubbish. Try to make a claim. Goes to services page and this just stays blank. Expect a lot better from such a large organisation.

When you really need help they are always offline. "Sorry experiencing technical issues"

After paying full for out of the pocket check up with my specialist, I just claim in my bupa app and in few minutes I got the refund straight away how much the benefit.

Nothing works. Nothing updates. It states I’m overdue with my payments since September 2023 lol… what a waste of an app.

The claiming process is wonderful to use. Options are always provided so that you can complete the process of claiming when required.

Recently I can use Bupa for most functions, when can it be fixed? PLZ fix Bupa digital card first!

Have been trying to access myBupa for a long time since they updated in 2023 and even made a complaint in store about verification not being sent by email to enable creation of updated login. Online support is infuriating and goes around in circles. They couldn’t help in store either. Phone and in store support don't know what to do past the email not sending. Have been with bupa like 10 years and considering changing insurer because of this as some friends have done

Every update makes the app less and less useful. You can’t even make claims or check your payment nowadays. It literally just sends you to customer service. Please improve.
