This app is not responsive at all on my brand new LYRIQ. I have to restart the app several times to get the remote start to work without failing. It also takes a long time to even recognize and connect to the vehicle. It’s totally useless to me. Please fix and update asap!

Horrible connection to server and very slow for loading data. This app has problem for comminucation to the car or loading information like map. I don’t want a compare with others car app but if you try some you will know even apps for car models from 2016 have faster response.

This is a no value added app. Difficult to connect and add members. The car gets confused as to who is in driver seat. Can’t override to inform it. I had to delete my app so that my wife could drive her car. Who gave this 5 stars??

If you put my Cadillac icon on the Apple watch face, the icon will be extremely small and hard to find.

We tried to add a second Cadillac to the app. The original vehicle disappeared from the app. The new vehicle would not connect despite discussing with OnStar twice. It’s useless currently.

My 2024 Escalade had its first oil change - we drove it 100 miles and the engine is out of oil..Supposedly Cadillac is aware however has issued no recalls. Disgusting. Lincoln baby here we come ❤️

very slow. like VERY SLOW. recent update improved nothing and it’s December 2024. I feel bad saying this but state college kids could make this app faster to be honest. need better going into 2025 where AI can do anything and everything already. safely 3 years behind Tesla. That being said, the app “works” but grab a coffee and be patient

There is no status that shows if your doors are locked/unlocked, windows open/closed, sunroof open/closed, trunk open/closed... please add this overview status of the car to the main screen. Users should not have to hit lock or unlock to confirm if the doors are locked, windows open, etc Please add the implementation!!

So I’ve been using the myCadillac app for about three years now, since I purchased my vehicle and I have to say initially I loved the app. initially, you can see your driving score i.e. hard breaking, fast acceleration you know really useful metrics to help you be a better driver but in the last year or so they have slowly removed key features that make the app worth $40 a month now it’s only purpose is to remote start from the app or check your fuel levels. In my opinion, it’s really not worth the price plus they’re planning an increase in January, which is really making me not want to pay for the app at all. Were they to bring back these key features i.e. driving metrics, vehicle location history. I would love to continue to use the app. But at this point idk if it’s worth it. Kinda like a waste of money tbh. 2021 XT4.

Beautiful App, but lacking in simple features/needs of the customer. Are my doors locked? Are my windows closed ?
