That’s why we created this convenient app. It gives you the information you need in a secure way, anytime you want. It’s like having your own Customer Service Department right in your phone…without having to call.
 
If you are a member of the CareOregon family (Health Share of Oregon, Jackson Care Connect, Columbia Pacific CCO or CareOregon Advantage), our free app gives you access to some of the most important information you need to seek health services. The app is available to all members age 18+.
