App needs a huge update to improve UI

This app has several major problems and flaws. I wish my school was not using this app to verify records because there are so many problems and you can’t access online help. When you try and get help nothing happens and the page just spins saying retrieving online help but times out and closes the app out. CastleBranch needs to hire actual programmers and coders to make this app functional. What are the doing with the fees we pay to use this terrible service?

This site is joke and my university already has literally, all of this information but are to lazy to access it. The clinical site that I will be placed at is already my employer and I have to pay for another background check?? Are you kidding me?!?! Plus my immunization won’t load so I faxed them; guess what still not anchored into my account because I’m sure an actual person doesn’t really work there. This site is a joke and the institutions should stop taking my money if they can’t figure out my immunization status and whether or not I’m a criminal

The app is very slow and unreliable. It shuts down every other minute. I recommend using a web browser on a desk top. This is app is not helpful for this crucial process.

Constant crashes. Never able to upload the needed documents. Service is nonexistent.

I’m so tired of having to use CastleBranch. They just do not care. The app has not been updated in 4 years. I cannot even upload on the app anymore. The absolute worst.

This app looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2001, it uploads files blurry and everything gets rejected for being illegible. Do not waste your time with this garbage.

Horrible just horrible. Do not use this app for anything it’ll be the best thing you can!

This app overall looks like something I would see years ago on my very first iPod touch. Considering that this is an app produced by a known established company, I find it ridiculous that they can’t produce a refined app that is used so widely across the nation.

Now I’ve never written a review before, but this is the worst app I’ve ever used. First off it looks like it was made with an iPhone 4. Nothing ever loads. It takes a million years and then gives you an error message and makes you start all over again. DO NOT waste your time in this app. Trust me just go on your laptop and use the browser it will save you so much time and sanity!!
