When I made the payments on the app AND online - they sent me a letter back saying that the money I sent didn’t go through when I KNEW I had money in my account for my actual bank and PAYPAL!!! Now I have a balance of $754 because of a “late payment fee” and it’s going to count towards my actual credit score. I’ve only used this app twice and they’ve failed me twice. Now I have to wait until I get paid to pay the rest of the difference since it’s no longer $700!! This makes me angry and so upset because I’ve had previous issues with Firestone before, but now I have to add credit card issues on top of it.
