MyChart

Why is it not possible to see full report of scans? It is my data and I have a right to know the results of all tests and scans.

This is an excellent aid to my health condition management and I expectantly look forward to when my GP results are included.

Brilliant and very helpful. Test results and letters are always coming out quick and easy to follow and understand. And so much more.

This app is easy to use, helpful and makes access to medical information simple. One stop for appointment’s, test results and medical letters / reports. All in one place safe and secure for current use and future reference.

I think the concept of MyChart is such a good idea but sometimes the information I receive is generic and sometimes you need to contact the hospital anyway. Room for improvement.

The MyChart is so good as it gives good information from the team at Guys haematology department. It shows all the results of blood tests, letters and appointments.

Thought this would double up with the NHS app but it’s better and more specific to your conditions. Info like bloods is graphic which is a big help. Can’t really fault it.
