I visited St. Michael Hospital in Toronto in October 2024; in the beginning, I can see all the records on website and this app; today 6/29/2025, when I login again, my name is still there but all the visit and lab results all gone and become empty. Also this app still has a “Demo” in its name…also this app only available in Canada App Store, if your App Store country set to other county like USA, it will not show up.

If you’ve used MyChart with other hospitals, this is not the same and this is not a good user experience.  My appointments aren’t displayed and reading test results is clunky.  It’s just an app that opens the web browser version of the site and it’s also bad.

This app is useless. Shows was almost no information unless you input it yourself. I was waiting for results of the pathology report on a liver cyst. It still has never shown up on the site, fortunately, it showed up on the UHN site which is far more useful and user-friendly, they should just give up and join the other net work.

This isn’t an app, it just opens the browser and takes you to the landing page. But you get all the functionality of the browser, like the ability to go back a page.  I just deleted it

As I wait outside for my husband’s meeting with his hematologist, for the first time I am unable to see the results of his bloodwork. There is not even a pending list. Why can I not see results?  The previous review is correct in that it is not truly an app. It would be nice to see trends, not just a data dump
