Every update it gets worse
Worked perfectly for almost a year, now I can’t unlock my car without the panic alarm going off.

It’s little ridiculous as sign out almost every other day
Not working
Can no longer get my app to open up on my phone since the last update. Pretty hard to see what needs to be done to my 22 Equinox if I can’t open the app. I get emails that service is due…but can’t see what is due!
App keeps crashing
My app for some reason will not open. It keeps closing out when I try to tap on it. It started doing this after I updated the app. It was working perfectly fine before that happened. It’s just an inconvenience right now because I can’t log into the app and use different settings. Other than that though, the app was perfect!
My Chevy app
Force to up date app mow it asked for passcode everything I log in also used to use fingerprint to log in and don’t see that as a option anymore
Love it - Request for devs:
On vehicle status page, please show if the vehicle is currently locked or not. Also include status of windows - open or closed. TY!
Love my Car, App Leaves Much to be desired
I have constant issues connecting to the car via app. I have to constantly delete and redownload the app. Not sure why they can’t build in a feature that notifies me when my car needs a software update.
Almost never connects properly or quickly
When a feature only works 20-30% of the time, it might as well not exist. This app can take upwards of 5 minutes to connect to my Blazer EV, and more often than not outright fails. I wish it would work well, but even when it does work, the functionality is very basic.
Embarrassing
Just got my new truck and every time I go to open the app it crashes and then locks up my phone for a min or two. Garbage. July 6 2024
One year in.
I’ve owned my 2023 Colorado for a year now. The app has never worked for me. Had some early communications with Chevy but they never showed any real interest in addressing the problem. I’m 41 years old and very comfortable with technology. I use an iPhone. It’s just a junk app.
