## myChevrolet Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not reliable"
Password not compatible with Apple I phone
-- Inept programmer, 2026-09-13

### **--- "Will not provide charging data"
It has happened numerous times including just last night. My 2027 Bolt EV completed a charge at home and there is zero information about it in the apps charging history - the data is not pending, it simply acts as if it never happened. It is impossible to keep fuel efficiency records with this horrible software!
-- Aliasforspam, 2026-09-13

### **--- "Schedule Service"
Why does the app not allow service to be scheduled. The last the times I’ve tried the app says “something went wrong” and “your service appointment could not be submitted.” Everything else in the app works great.
-- Malcom.75, 2026-09-13

### ***** "Starting my car when it’s cold out"
I love this about my car I can start my car, unlock my doors or lock them from this app. It’s great!!! Especially in cold weather!! I can have it nice and warm when I get in my car!!!
-- Trina Barber, 2026-09-12

### ***** "Remote start."
It would be great if the remote start would work when needed, without having to manually start it between every two uses. It would help greatly for those of us who have summer homes in other states or counties. Please fix/change this.
-- Dr. John's iPOD, 2026-09-12

### *---- "Climate Control"
What happened to the climate control feature?
-- JamesBlen, 2026-09-12

### ***** "Take care of of your vehicle"
My Chevy is the best thing you can have for your car let you know when your tires are low when your oil needs to be changed or something is wrong with your vehicle. You can even connect with your OnStar. It’s a pretty good thing to have if you don’t have your Chevy, you don’t have your car.
-- My wheel ride well, 2026-09-11

### *---- "Poor communication for the onboard system"
The only way I can get into my vehicle is if I send a signal to the tailgate.
-- My iTunes to go, 2026-09-11

### *---- "Supercharger"
I set up the MyChevrolet app for charging stations, then attempted to use a Tesla Supercharger. The app attempted to connect but failed. I had to wait until the 460MB Tesla app eventually downloaded to charge my Bolt.
-- Strat5, 2026-09-11

### ***** "All the extras"
I got all the extras. It was worth it. I enjoy it.
-- mad customer paid too much, 2026-09-11

### ****- "Loss of electric mileage"
The Chevy app listed the electric miles in the app so I was able to calculate the miles on the ICE engine so I was able to calculate miles on the oil
-- DenardoM, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Pretty basic full of ads"
The widget sucks, spent more time on the OnStar trial countdown blocking half the screen than actually functionality. Also the lock or unlock icon doesn’t remain persistent so you can’t tell if your car is currently locked or not. Also spammed with SiriusXM notifications. Luckily no longer need Chevys app and have deleted it entirely. Problem solved
-- iOSecure, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Energy Pass"
So they initially held $51 for the authorization for Energy Pass but my most recent authorization was now $100!!! If this happens again I will discontinue using it and go back to using the apps for the charging stations. Holding $100 for a charge that is $25 at most approximately is ridiculous.
-- DRnLA, 2026-09-10

### *---- "App is worthless"
Always buggy App has been acting up I pay $25 for Onstar a month and all they ever do to solve my issues is telling me to take it into the dealership like what’s the point. They’re virtually useless no reason why I’m keeping my account is for the Wi-Fi because I need it for work. Other than that I would’ve got rid of this a while ago.
-- No12947, 2026-09-10

### ***** "Features"
I love that I can control stuff with my truck from my phone and know where my truck is at all times
-- King owen 2026, 2026-09-09

### ****- "Wishing there was one more feature"
I really like the app especially the ease of scheduling service. I only wish that service records can be uploaded onto your profile so you can look back at all the service records you have done to remember what has been done.
-- cmaga2, 2026-09-09

### ***** "Stolen vehicle recovery"
A friend of our daughters car was recently stolen from in front of their home, the Police were able to have her activate her My Chevrolet app on her phone and within a short period her Chevy Blazer was located via the app and lead a Police drone to its last known location where the vehicle was identified and the drone went into its surveillance mode and located the car thief's and they were arrested and the SUV was recovered. Great job Chevrolet and GM for the ability you give us as consumers to recover our precious vehicle property.
-- FFNREMT retired, 2026-09-08

### **--- "Used to work. Not anymore"
Hardly ever works when I try to start and unlock my vehicle. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Even worse when I try to use it my Ultra2 Apple Watch.
-- being1975ish, 2026-09-08

### *---- "Don’t waste the money for the on star stuff"
You can be right next to your car and it will take 5-10 minutes to open the door or start the car and I’m in California imagine being out in Wyoming or the dakotas thank goodness for free trials
-- BasketballMatty, 2026-09-08

### ***-- "More options"
The truck need to have or the app need to have more fast response it take forever some time to open .. I think that it’s 2026 and it should have better response… options
