The myCigna app gives you a new and improved way to easily access your important health information. You must be a Cigna customer to use the secure myCigna mobile app. Features available are based on the coverage you have with Cigna. 

HealthKit is integrated into myCigna in order to serve the ability to customize your Find Care and Telehealth experience.

Downloaded the app because the website is useless. The app is useless too. You can’t even see your ID cards or any claims, what is the point of this app? Maybe for people who need to find specific providers and stuff it is helpful but not for people who need it for practical everyday purposes like pulling up your ID card. I found no useful information on it.

Honestly, I can’t complain about the app —maybe my own health insurance plans— but not about the app. It’s really easy to use, I don’t have to worry about misplacing my printed out plan. I never knew managing my appointments and finding care could be this easy tbh. I’ve had BCBS Illinois and was always frustrated with needing to jump through hoops. But I feel pretty in control by using this app.

This has been a pretty great app until recently. When working in the Wellness area to add up rewards the app uses another site to sign in and some times it does not auto sign in (going back and letting it try again usually does it). But in the last week it also completely freezes when opening the keyboard for anything like miles or steps or weight. Even after the latest update, deleting the app and starting over, resetting phone, etc it still has this freeze with keyboard.
