MyCincinnati allows Cincinnati Insurance personal lines policyholders who have registered for online services to:
•	access and share policy documents and agency contact information
•	enroll drivers in the RideWell℠
•	find experienced service providers and loss prevention resources
•	go paperless
•	manage payment options, pay your bill and connect with Apple® Wallet or Google Pay™
•	report and view claims, including auto glass claims, and find helpful tips on what to do in the event of an accident
•	request roadside services
•	sign up for additional services, such as emergency medical transportation and travel security programs
•	view ID cards

Silly that the app/site allows me to add my bill to Apple Wallet, but doesn’t have that feature for ID cards. Sharing ID cards amongst all drivers is much easier with Apple Wallet.

The app won’t open anymore. Worked beautifully when I signed up roughly 6 months ago. Now, my iPhone 11 app opens, accepts my credentials for username password, displays Authenticating information and then Retrieving information. Then I’m dumped back to the username and password screen. So frustrating.

Horrendous-  my family all has to use the same login and password . So when person forgets and resets password  all the others don’t have access. Livin in the 90s!
