Overall, this is a great app that is easy and convenient to use. However, with the new update I cannot access any route/stop timetable without the app shutting down

Worst app, no bus schedule updates, no push notifications. No real time updates. The live bus time provides false information, so it’s pointless to see when a bus will arrive at a station. In 90% of the time, the bus is +10 min late or it doesn’t arrive. You can view the live time and then suddenly the entire entry disappears- unreliable. Rather take the large busses if you have to have to commute via bus

In theory this is a great app but i did find it frustrating using the journey planner. The search function for the stop location drop down is glitchy and doesnt close after selecting and the time option doesnt work if you try to change the time it just resets to the current time .

Hi there. Please bring back the card scanning feature where people were able to check how many points they have on the app instead of walking out of their neighbourhood to go to a myciti station to go check their card balance. Or even adding a feature where people are able to check their card balance by adding their card number on the app. It would also be of convenience if you guys urgently add card uploading feature so your customers can upload theirs cards on the app instead of adding it a myciti station. Please guys, time are moving, technology is progressing and changing everyday. The least the company can do is provide convenience to its customers.

Journey planner does not work- when I try to adjust the time it reverts back to real time. No functionality to check balance on card.

In this new age we use our phones for everything Would be nice if we were able to load points via the app and also be able to upload our Myciti cards onto the wallet app and utilise nfc tapping to get into stations and buses other than having to use a physical card the entire time , move on with the times please

Being able to check your card balance and top up are must haves for a bus app. In it’s current state it offers no advantages to using the website or google maps…

App hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Wallet integration would be great.

Please make the MyCiTi travelling cards available on iOs. Would make this much more convenient
