No real time updates. The live bus time provides false information, so it’s pointless to see when a bus will arrive at a station. In 90% of the time, the bus is +10 min late or it doesn’t arrive. You can view the live time and then suddenly the entire entry disappears- unreliable. Please bring back the card scanning feature where people were able to check how many points they have on the app instead of walking out of their neighbourhood to go to a myciti station to go check their card balance. Or even adding a feature where people are able to check their card balance by adding their card number on the app. It would also be of convenience if you guys urgently add card uploading feature so your customers can upload theirs cards on the app instead of adding it a myciti station. Please guys, time are moving, technology is progressing and changing everyday.
