## MyClubAccess Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible service"
Never was able to login and their support team just pretty much stopped responding all together and never got me through.
-- jmac 3041990, 2026-09-29

### *---- "Junk"
Somehow my bar code for scanning into the gym switched to a QR code rather than the bar code and it will never work. Emailed support and they were no help.
-- True Jesus, 2026-09-20

### **--- "Brightness control"
When I check-in the brightness on my phone spikes to 100%. That’s fine to be able to read the phone. I get it. There needs to be another button that brings brightness back to what it was prior. Or even better adjust the brightness automatically for 5 seconds while using it or not at all. Otherwise the app is useless to me and will have to remove. The other functions are fine to use.

### *---- "Absolutely Horrible"
This is by far the worst app that has ever been downloaded on my phone
