When you’re halfway through the course and come back to realize that you can’t get in because the new privacy policy pops up and won’t let you scroll to the bottom to accept. Problem continues, despite updating the app.

Prior to having an app the website worked great. CME credit would transfer directly to the licensing website. I’ve been stuck on the same activity for months now and it won’t process the credit. It’s annoying and a waste of time.

The site offers a variety of high-quality CME's o, generally in an on-demand format. Highly recommended. Sometimes accessing a course after 24 hours can be tricky, and sometimes printing CME certificates can also be tricky, but otherwise, I am using the site extensively. Thank you.

This used to be such a great, user friendly app. Now a tried to upload 3rd party certificate and there is no where to enter the details (type of CE, # of hours). Just a photo. I don’t see where I can set a goal for a certain time period and show progress like it was before. The interface is completely confusing. Really disappointed

I’ve been using this app for the last 6 years and I have raved and bragged to all my coworkers about how much I love the app, how easy it is to use, and how helpful it was to track your CME and monitor your progress. This new update essentially ruined every positive feature the app contained. My past CME got uploaded (praise Jesus since at first it was all missing) however, the tracking function is gone and the only CME points that show up are the ones I completed on the app itself. I can see the links to the CME certificates I uploaded over the years but if I get audited, all the dates reflected in the column “Date field on Cert” say 3/11/2020. A technological feat to actually have the correct dates but not helpful to me now. Sadly, I will harvest what I can from what I have already uploaded to this app and move on. Really bummed that I have to recreate 6 years of uploading and entering data.
