It keeps asking me to link to my nhs account and I go through all the steps only to end up back at the start page again. 
Without this link, the app is not really much use

App is good for ordering repeat prescriptions but I’m fed up of this app logging me out all the time it doesn’t remember your passwords as it doesn’t offer the option and clearly Face ID doesn’t work as it logs you off it’s been like this for well over 12 months

Been using the app for a couple of months now to order my repeat prescriptions after Cohen’s pharmacy stopped their delivery service. Nice step by step approach, and you are kept informed every step of the way. My only request would be for the ability to delete old messages once the prescription has been delivered. The whole process usually takes about 4 days

Not the quickest way to get a prescription and why does the app keep telling me I have a notification when there isn’t one? Why does it tell me that my prescription is ready to collect when I collected it days ago?

My first name contain space and which is automatically filled from my NHS App.
However, it rejected my registration by “ Sorry, but please do not include spaces in your first name.”

Every time i login to the app i get an email from my cohens saying a new device has been added to my account. 
I have to login every time even though it pretends to offer a PIN or touchID

My wife who has sight issues struggles to use the app due to small fonts and bad contrast on the login screen. Fortunately it will work on her ipad mini with screen maxxed in portrait mode, use on iphone is impossible - too small. 

Considering a lot of users will be older these accessibility issues are unforgivable. Have the developers never heard of the Equalities and Disability Discrimination Act?

Tried several times to set up login info but it refuses to open the camera for identifying me… and just takes you back to the start of the process

Same as on website, NHS login doesn’t work. Every time you get through to verify after entering all your details, the app/page refreshes and takes you back to the home page. Every time without fail. Can’t use the website or app to order my medication. Useless.

Using the app rather than dropping off my prescription request to the doctor seemed a great idea until I used the app. 
It should take 48 hours for a repeat prescription I ordered it on the 23 rd it’s now the 27th and still no prescription it says ETA of the 1st. 
If I drop it off to the doctor on Monday I can pick it up Wednesday so basically it’s bye bye app.
