Decent idea but terrible execution as you have to login with a password every use. This is a terrible security practice and a missed opportunity.

This app works great and is easily accessible.

My license is in the system, however I can’t access it because it wants to scan my face, which does not seem to work. I follow the instructions, keeping my face in the oval, and then it gets stuck uploading and always fails. Interestingly, my wife had no issues, so I don’t really understand why it won’t work for me. Seems like a lot of others are having the same problem though.

Therefore it’s useless if you don’t have internet. I’d like to use this as a back for days when I forget my license. I take it out of my wallet and bring it with me when I run, but sometimes forget to put it back. This isn’t a reliable backup though.

I’ve tried 3 times and it won’t scan my DL. I follow the instructions exactly. Since the license is already in the State’s system, there’s got to be another way… I’m puzzled by the 4.8 stars for this app, given that it does not work for so many people.

This app wouldn’t update my new license that I got a month ago..had to go through the customer service to eventually get things corrected. Seemed buggy..but is working now so I gave ya few extra stars

The digital Face ID, where they try to scan your face and an oval fails over and over. Once in a while, it’s uploading and seems like maybe it’ll work, and then it finishes with no error but then the next time you go into the app, it asked you the same exact thing you have to do the entire stupid process over and over again it’s an infinite loop, since this is the only thing that I was gonna use the app for, I have to give it one star. I have tried rebooting my phone and restarting the app, etc. etc. really very disappointed.

You need sign in each time, and then it does not always remember it. Not user friendly.
