### *---- "Not a very good access control system"
The app is easy to use and simple but often codes do not work or there are errors in the app and the error messages are not user friendly. This app is not very stable. This results in having problems with delivery drivers and guests getting access. It’s also a problem for residents to enter and exit when not using a car or a gate remote.
In terms of features, the only missing feature is being able to schedule codes in advance. This is really a problem for deliveries of online orders, I have more than once had courier drivers leave because they couldn’t get hold of me because I was on other calls at the same time. I feel like this will continue to be a problem.

The app does not recognise my password . I have changed  my password multiple times now and it doesn’t want to take any of them .

I don’t wanna sign in every single time I need to use an app, and even when I try to sign in, this does not recognize my password despite using a password manager. Unfortunately I have to have this app, if that wasn’t the case I would have deleted it a long time ago 🚮

Amongst others also have  to delete the app from my Apple then reload it to get it to work . This is usually when I need to send an entrance code and the people are waiting !

I think it will make sense to have a share button/option of the notification for the exit code. 
Right now , we just have to write the code to visitors whereby it will make things easier to just forward/share that notification containing the exit code and the time.

This app logs me out automatically every other day and frequently sends me a device error, this results in not being able to let my clients enter our estate.

App works well but would be nice if you could create codes for specific dates or specific duration. Only issue is the app signs you out sometimes and then getting an OTP during load shedding becomes problematic. Should have whatsapp or email OTP options as well.

Too many Device Errors or Device Timeout. 
I can Log Out, Log back In, Delete App, Re-install app but still the Errors return.
When generating a Tap Tap code while the Device Error shows (even when it doesn’t sometimes and the Error happens after you generate the code) it will show an error x on the screen but at notifications you can see that there is a code which was generated. That code doesn’t work at the gate.
