Can’t even log in
It’s been several days and people can’t log in! So sad to see a app that people can apply/renew their benefits on be unusable for a week. So better app devs

Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

Keeps loading not working
Can’t even log on! The update was supposed to be over days ago! I need to upload stuff before I get cut off!
Not Working
My Compass constantly says try again Maintenance update. I u destined if it was like for a day. This app hasn’t worked in a week.
Do better
This app is always under “ maintenance” I can NEVER get in to do what is needed when I can’t get to the office
Screwed up app
Security problem made me change my password,and still won’t work,keeps on saying wrong password,neither the new or old will work,and having trouble resetting it again,and this is on my phone,BUT……if I log into it on my iPad it works great,up until this maintenance update,need to submit some paperwork and can’t get on it.
Has not worked since the system updated
System maintenance was performed on 6/15. It’s 6/19 and the app is still inaccessible. This will be detrimental to those that have SAR due.
Still down
This app was supposed to be updated this past weekend. Only 12 hours down. It’s now Wednesday and I still cannot access it. It still says it’s down for updates. I can’t read any of my notices. I can’t even read them online, which is a website issue but what is going on?
This app doesn’t work at all.
This app just says to “Try Again” because the app is under maintenance. It’s been this way for DAYS. How am I supposed to upload my documents in time?
