MyCpl Mobile Application

I can’t submit my expenses on my app unlike my colleague. I don’t know why.

I’ve worked for cpl healthcare for a number of years . Since this app was released I’ve found myself working from 40 + hours per week to zero hours . I’m now on social welfare casual dockets due to the unfairness of this app . I’m struggling week to week at getting shifts . It’s a very unfair system

App is always broken. Saying error all the time. I’m missing out on work because of this

I get notification for a shift go and check straight away shift gone ... some shifts come with countdown wait and then accept the shift is gone or u get an error , no accountability to the IT team they don’t seem to investigate throughly. It doesn’t how many years you’ve been with Cpl it seems tough luck if you miss the shift or an error appears ....

When a notification comes in all I see is error which results in missing shifts and like the previous reviewer said absolutely no help from CPL. This app is very bad and I don’t recommend something needs to be done to fix glitches or get rid of the app all together. There are families that rely solely on the shifts they get to feed their family but when the app keeps showing error when a shift comes in and results in missing shifts what’s there to enjoy in the app, makes work difficult and frustrating. An honest review!!!

The app is such a good concept and has a lot of potential but for some reason I never get notification of shift offers until I go into the app itself and also some shift offers don’t display properly due to some glitch. Hoping this improves in later versions

The app constantly freezes and gives error notifications when shifts come through. This results in missing shift offers. There is no support available, when I contacted CPL about these issues I was asked what app I was talking about. Very disappointed as I thought accepting work through an app was a great idea. Please fix these problems.

Please update the app. Keeps sending me notifications that there’s a shift request but when I check there’s almost always nothing there. Very inaccurate and slow. Please update it.

Most frustrating app I have ever used Keeps freezing No support Waste of space time and effort Only solution to freezing is to delete app and reinstall Which is several times a day or each time I try to use it.
