Their travel services are substandard to other travel services, they book through Expedia and other websites, causing business travelers to not receive points from hotels. When you try to get receipts, the hotel often cannot give you the receipt because it said it was booked through Expedia or some other website. They also do not provide your membership information to the hotels often times. This, resulting you having to give your membership every time during check-in. when they make major updates, they often forget to put in crucial settings like company wide credit card forcing you to book with your personal credit card. ***update 10/17/2024: all of us are now being charged on our personal credit card for flights where it’s supposed to charge the company central card. Direct sources who is reading this, don’t cheap out and go with cwt. They are nothing but a huge headache.

Today was a challenging day for flying. Crowdstrike cause a global cyber shutdown of many window applications the cause disruptions with airlines. I typically fly with Delta who has normally operated efficiently through their online app, till today. Nothing is working well with Delta’s on line service and I was not getting clear information. I logged on to CWT and they provided solid information that allowed me to get to my connecting flight on time.

My companies required booking company. App works fine until you ever need to change something. If you go through them to change anything you are in for an hour+ of slow unhelpful customer service.

Doesn’t let you cancel or modify flights

I’ve started to use this app to better manage my increasing number of business trips. I have one comment and one bug that I’d like to bring up: - Comment: it would be nice to have better control over the notifications the application pushes. For instance, I don’t care to be notified that a luggage carousel has been assigned to my flight because I personally don’t check in luggage. We live in a world with an over abundance of notifications and being able to select only the ones meaningful to me as a traveler would be helpful (I.e. individually turning on/off notifications for upcoming trips, check in, carousel, gate changes, etc) - Bug: the calendar sync doesn’t work. When trying to enable it, the MyCWT app says I need to give calendar permissions to the app but the permission window doesn’t show. Going into the privacy settings, the MyCWT app is not listed under calendars. Going into the iOS settings > MyCWT, calendar permissions don’t show up. It seems the MyCWT app doesn’t trying the request for calendar permissions in the first place.

My company requires that use this tool to book all business travel. However, I am unable to utilize the tool since it always shows me a technical error when booking airfare.

I find this site not so easy to search for old dates and entry options not available for global entry.

This has happened twice, where I have booked a room from Monday through Thursday, and after I have finished the process, the app will change the days from Sunday through Wednesday. If you’re using the iPad, then you’ll be able to catch in the summary, but if you are using your iPhone, you won’t see it until you have completed the booking process.

Hope hotel booking can add the option to input guest number
