The only thing Fresenius does way better than DaVita is their apps and online stuff. Thank you for your patience as updates can take up to two hours. Check for Update and when I hit “Check for Update”, it just cycles back to the same dialog. I have to force kill the app to allow me to try logging in again (which brings me to the same problem). I think that the app and back end should be architected to make the patient experience seamless even during an update. Right now I am trying to enter data but the update is preventing me from doing so. Update: almost 12 hours later and I am still getting the update in progress message. Update 09/26/2024: login screen keeps cycling back to asking for username and password even though I have provided both correctly.
