Take the Devoted difference wherever you go. View your member ID card, get paid back, and book visits all in the MyDevoted app. 

Get the care you need:
- View your member ID card
- Track referrals and authorizations
- Schedule Devoted Medical visits
- Find a doctor
- Search covered medications 

Make and request payments:
- Ask to get paid back for Wellness Bucks and eligible claims
- Check the status of your payment requests
- Pay your monthly premium and Medicare Prescription Payment Plan bills

Fill out key forms:
- Tell us who can receive your protected health information
- Complete your Health Connections Checklist
- Complete a health risk assessment (HRA), if required

View your mail and plan documents:
- Opt in to paperless delivery
- Check your Devoted mail
- Access your plan documents

Manage your Food & Home Card (if your plan has one):
- Attest that you qualify for the card
- Activate your card
- Check your balance and purchases
